'Using JSONLogic in Formio.js

I'm trying to undersand how the JSONLogic works with formio.js

In my form, I have a select with key "situation" and a textarea with key "description". I want the textarea to be visible only when the select "situation" has selected value "situation1" OR "Situation4".

How could that be translated into JSONLogic? Thanks in advance
