'Using Azure DevOps to deploy stored procedures into SQL Server

I'm currently in the process of trying to source control my stored procedures in SQL Server from an Azure DevOps repository. Ideally I would like to set up a pipeline to continuously deliver these stored procedures. Any tips on how to accomplish this?
