'Use JDBC to connect the Apache IoTDB unsuccessfully

I wanted to use the JDBC to connect the Apache IoTDB, but it failed. The error message : Could not initialize class org.apache.iotdb.rpc.TConfigurationConst My IoTDB-connector is compiled by the scala 2.11. Apache IoTDB version: 0.13 If someone knows it, please let me know.
