'Unknown open port '6881 bittorrent-tracker'

I have Linux server running on cloud. For checking my home network security , I scanned my public IP using nmap on cloud server.

Host is up (0.33s latency). Not shown: 999 filtered ports 
PORT     STATE SERVICE 
6881/tcp open  bittorrent-tracker

but I am not using it. For surety I also scanned all connected devices on my home network using nmap on local server (connected to my home network) but all gave clean results. I searched on internet but that not helps me .

anyone knows why this is happening. Is my ISP hosting Bittorrent and Is it good or not good? and I have one more question, Is my public IP unique?
