'Ubantu odd icon and theme behaviour after upgrade 18 to 20.04

I am using ubuntu 18 from last 2 years its working fine.

i just upgrade ubuntu 18 to 20 it was successful but there are some odd behaviori found everything is working fine;

Like https://ibb.co/G0x713S this folder color if when set dark mode nothing appeared everything is black like https://ibb.co/FhWgzbX

Similarly a desktop icon are very large and looks odd https://ibb.co/FqPfjDL

I can't understand it is ok or there is some setup or configuration required.

please suggest.
