'tsch vi mode cursor shape

When I use bindkey -v to switch to vi mode my cursor is a vertical line in both normal and insert mode. I'm wondering if it's possible to configure it so that in normal mode the cursor is a block shape.

I found this answer for bash but I need to do it in tcsh.
