Trigger a Webhook on Page Load - no JS

Question

Total newb here, so I apologize if I ask this question incorrectly or use the wrong terminology.

What I am trying to do is on a page-load of a website, trigger a webhook (hosted by integromat) that will then update my DB in airtable with info that is in the query string of the URL

I have a Squarespace website but can add custom code to it.

Any advice or at least can someone point me in a direction to learn more about this?
