tkinter scale with a warning zone color

Question

I would like to custom the ttk.Scale to be like this picture

If the scale range is from 0 to 100, I would like to define a start warning zone like from 0 to 5, and an ending warning zone from 90 to 100. Those warning zones could be in orange, and the other zone in green. The main goal of this is to help users when they change the scale value. Because if the value is between 0 and 5 or 90 and 100 the system controlled by this scale may over heat.

I could find thread to custom the cursor (How to set tkinter scale slider's color?), but nothing about this.
