'Text to speech of text in permission dialog above marshmellow
Currently I am working on the functionality of text to speech. As we have runtime permissions available in OS above or to marshmallow, so my question is how to speak out that dialog description. I test this part with talk back feature & it works fine but how we can do it without using talk back. Any help will be appreciable.
