'teams dont open in garuda archlinux

i new in arch anddd i follow a few tutorial but microsoft teams dont open. i follow this comands to make the install

cd ~/Downloads sudo pacman -S git git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/teams.git cd teams/ makepkg -s sudo pacman -U teams*.pkg.tar.zst

and when i tried to open the app this happen enter image description here
