'Task Scheduler stuck running on C# program from VSCode

I have a C# program that I'm trying to automate in Task Scheduler. When it runs the first time, it says "running" and can never execute the next run due to it being stuck "running" from the first instance. I have added the -ExecutionPolicy Bypass argument but it doesn't change anything. Action window
