Talend tNetsuiteinput component giving error of Unexpected Exception even after successfull connection

Question

I am using Talend 7.3.1, I tried the 7.2 version also for my issue but getting the same error

After successfully testing the connection. (used tNetsuiteConnection component for this)

when I select the record type using the oracle netsuite input component and press ok ,I am getting an unexpected_exception error.

have tried with the API version 2019.2, 2018.2, 2016.2

But still getting the same error.

please look at the snapshots with the errors I am getting. also no custom record type works.

let me know if any more information is needed,

I tried on the different Talend versions and diff. APIs But it didn't worked

I want this record type thing to run successful So that I can get the schema from the server itself bcoz that's how I can get the accurate data... I tried putting schemas on my own But after executing the job I am getting NULL values only. But data is present in the source
