SVG reducing technic drastically

Question

i would like to drastically reduce a huge svg image that is a convertion from a png, it is 205mo and i would like it to fit a 80mo PSD package

Since not any online converter and compressor is able to handle my file, i've decided to edit the code. But the code is huge. After reading about svg code, what i understand is that the most efficient way to reduce the size of the code is to use basic shapes instead of path

My question is the following : is there any ai code or programe that can go through the SVG code and convert each path to the closest-looking basic shape ?
