'Statistic question - is a two sample t-test the best approach for this simple dataset?

I have a survey result of:

        Yes     No     Maybe

Sample 1 7409 5270 970

Sample 2 13493 194 68

It appears clear that the samples are different but what is the best test to show if they are?

I did a two sample t-test in python and got a test statistic of -0.0073 and a p-value of 0.994525.
