'Started PBI report with an excel sheet, now when I change the data source, it says "The table exceeds the size limit". What's going on?
I am making a report in PBI, and it is in the test stages. I have been working off of a data source that is an excel sheet with 13 rows and about 300 columns.
The excel sheet has now been uploaded onto a SQL DB and I want to change the source for the report to the table on the DB, but when I click the gear button next to source in the Power Query editor I get the error "The table exceeds the size limit."
The table isn't very big compared to some other things I'm sure PBI can handle.... what can I do to get around this? I can't change the source at all. This is what I see when I click the gear.
