'Sitecore 9.1 Form with Tab Functionality Like Email and Call us Tab
I am using Sitecore Extension form, But it does not have Tab element to perform multi click option to choose mediam to contact via Email or call us. Email : Need to display form Call us: Need to display phone no and what'sup details based on culture or region
Final data is submitted through api so that api perform on custom submit button.
I need to send some data like current time, domain and brand for specific sit as well.
Suggest me some approch and solution.
