'show cities mentioned in articles of an rss feed on a map

I would like to create a map that shows the forest fires in real time on a map based on RSS feeds. I explain: my idea is the following, I get the tweets of the firefighters, find the city mentioned in the tweet and display it on a map. But I have no idea how to do it and if it is possible.
