'Sending Google sheet Data to telegram using python

I have a google sheet in which the data get's updated on daily basis, What I want is to send the updated row values daily on telegram group/channel using python (but i want the row name to be same but the values will be different every day) because the row get's updated daily, can anybody help me with this.. any article or any resources Thanks
