'Sender addres rejected: not owned by user problem in PrestShop 1.7

When someone sends a message from the "contact" tab, I don't get it by email, but I can see it in the PS panel. When I try to reply to a message from the panel, PS receives an error:

Swift Error: Expected response code 250 but got code "553", with message "553 5.7.1 [email protected]: Sender addres rejected: not owned by user [email protected] tid:[6240]\r\n"

Any solutions?
