'SCCM failing to distribute packages to DP
I have a DP (out of 8 DPs) that I cannot reliably distribute packages to. It seems that most of the packages on this DP became corrupt practically overnight, and I am trying to run verification over them. We have something like 400 packages and the rate this is going, it is going to take weeks to complete.
I am having some packages fail when they try to distribute to this DP. I then redistribute them manually, and they fail again.
PkgXferMgr.log shows me this:
Cannot create/open the remote file \DP1SCCM01.contoso.com\SMS_DP$\87B2CA56F8D38A44E6 B3A94CC2450F9D-Content_08584ddb-8c8a-4d28-a868-85093e2e9682.1.P0100375.temp, Win32 error = 5
Error 5 points to permissions, but I have had multiple packages transfer to this DP successfully already on the same day, so how can this be the case? Is this error a red herring maybe?
