'Restrict AWS Codedeploy submiter user to approve his/her own deploy trigger

We have a case,

Multiple people in a role can trigger and approve aws codedeploy. But we want to restrict user to start deployment and approve it all by him/her self.

What we want is kind of like github PR, where PR submitter can not approved the same PR.

How can we configure that in aws codedeploy?
