'Repository creation in Informatica Powercenter with MS SQL Server Database

I am trying to create Repository in Informatica PowerCenter 10.4x version. I am using database MS SQL Server.

I can see the repository created in admin console but the error says 'This PowerCenter Repository Service is unavailable'.

I guess the connect string that I am using is in wrong format. The format I am using is host_name@db_name

Please let me know what value should be used in connect string for ms sql server database
