'ReportViewer Component getting misaligned

I'm having a problem with the ReportViewer when I add the component to a project. Their buttons have been misaligned, but only in the current system, if I add it to a blank project, the buttons are aligned correctly. This started to happen after upgrading from version 11.0.0 to 15.0.0. Below are prints of the misaligned component and its code behind along with an aligned component in a new project.
