'Replace add to cart button with a button linked to the form page WooCommerce 5

I am using woocommerce and I have the following problem:

The products are displayed on the product page, it is not priced because I want them to request a quote.

Is there a way to replace the "add to cart button" with a "request" button with a link to a form to redirect but with the information: Product and quantity that they had chosen?

For your information, there is already a form that can be the same, only how the button can redirect to that form, and at the same time take the quantity and the product?
