'Record Customer information and track their payment status on a excel sheet on my website

I am trying to build a car rental website and I want to create a system where whenever someone pays me for renting a car all his/her information gets recorded and gets stored in an excel sheet along with his/her payment status which I only can access on my computer. What should I Do?
