'React plugin for scheduling specific times of day

I am looking for a react plugin that will allow for specific times to day to be selected. I dont need a calendar or anything regarding weekdays, months, years etc.. I have not been able to find a plugin like this on npm... I can code this myself but find it hard to believe there isnt a plugin already built for this...
