'Reachability Flag Status IOS

This should be simple, but I am having a hard time trying to find out in plane English what the IOS Reachability Flag Status actually mean. There are no real doc's that i could find.

From what I gather a flag status of all ------ is good.

    Reachability Flag Status: -- ------- networkStatusForFlags

Can anyone tell me what the following mean.
