'protecting Red Pitaya with password?

Is there a way of protecting a red pitaya with a password?

I have my red pitaya connected to a network that many people can enter. I am new to red pitaya and want to do some tests and get into using it before connecting it to a more secure network (that I currently cannot use).

While working on it and trying out new things I would like that only I can access the red pitaya, or that one at least needs a password.

I already changed the SSH password with putty (I'm on windows) but I can still access the red pitaya in the browser without verification.
