Problem with localization in Android Studio emulator

Question

I created an emulator in Android Studio and didn't change any settings.

Options selected during creation:

• Device: Pixel 4 (with play store)

• System image: S (API 31)

I use archlinux as a system and downloaded the IDE via Toolbox and the emulator from Android Studio itself.

(Google map should appear)

I've already tried several things:

• Disable system hardware acceleration by removing packages:
  sudo pacman -Rs libva-mesa-driver mesa-vdpau

• Disable emulator VM acceleration on configs of avd:

  hw.gpu.enabled=no
  hw.gpu.mode=off
  

• Install android studio and android sdk via AUR;

• Login in the system with X11;

• Other android system images.

When I run the emulator through the terminal, the following log appears:
