'PhpStorm development on AWS EC2 Instance
I have followed the guide closely and have connected to AWS, however under the toolkit tab everything shows empty:
The guide goes on further to explain how to create serverless applications/functions etc however there is no further info on how to connect and edit files on the EC2 instance (where I have cloned a git repo into).
A small sentence in the guide indicates to use HTTP proxy as per this page for PhpStorm however there are no details where to find these settings, and indeed on the EC2 instance details page these are not present.
I require help in setting this up please, is the AWS Toolkit even needed for this if as per instructions I should simply use the HTTP proxy section, although as said where do I find the details.
Do I carry on using local storage and simply upload on save somehow. Can I even use Xdebug and stop in the local code ?
EDIT* Interestingly I have been able to connect using SSH and upload on save. However will this cause problems. I absolutely need to use xdebug. Thank you to Jarmod for confirming that AWS toolkit is not of use here. So I will need to use HTTP Proxy in order to use Xdebug. Please can someone explain or point me to a resource to allow this.
