'Partition mounted but not displayed in `df` command

I got a problem when checking the partitions in Linux

My system is Linode using drbd shared disks on two machines. A few days ago, there was a disaster and I recovery it done. But when checking the partitions, I cannot found the /home partition. I tried a lot and found it has empty 'Filesystem' and 'type', so it is not showed in df command in both Master-Standby machines.

df -Th /home/ <-- checking in Master server

Filesystem Type Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on

-        -     550G  110G  412G  22% /home

I have googled several forum to help. Could I ask is there any ways except reboot machine ?
