Outlook Calendar Add-in | Access to Organizer Email in Compose Mode

Question

we developed an outlook calendar add-in using office-js and use the structure

Office.context.mailbox.item.organizer

to get the email address of the organizer. Unfortunately, it seems, that

Office.context.mailbox.item.organizer.emailAddress

in some scenarios is filled with an "old" email adress even if the new one is already displayed as owner of the calendar/mailbox ( especially, when people marry and change their name or switch department .. ).

We know, that it's possible to access user's profile but this would require consent ( and extra clicks / configuration ) for all users even if not affected, so we'd prefer a workaround that does not require additional rights / consent.

So, is there another way to access organizer's current email address without access to profile / graph / etc... ?
