'OrangeHRM, cannot input login credentials

I've been trying to get orangehrm working for a few days for a university lab. It took me a few attempts to get it going but I'm currently stuck on the login page.

I can't input any credentials in the textboxes, the login page is practically an image login page

Any help would be much appreciated.
