'Oracle Spatial: Move elements relatively to situation
I use Oracle 11 Spatial with Autocad Map 2018. There are labels, defined with content-string, base-point and orientation.
Now I have to "move them down" (offset relatively, based on the baseline). See image
What would you recommend for a guy with nearly no knowledge in PL/SQL? Are there some ready to use examples? Or is it easier to solve as expected? Thanks in advance for advice.
