'Only one visitor gets 403 on a specific page, everybody else has access
One of the visitors reported having issues visiting one specific page on my website, which is this page. Apparently this one visitor is the only person with the issue. I have already checked all folder and file permissions (755 and 644) and even my htaccess file, which contains nothing that refers from or to this page. Both cannot cause the issue as far as I'm concerned, because nobody would have access if the problem was there. Everybody I've asked still has access to said page without any issues or errors. This visitor has refreshed their browser cache and removed their browser history, with no results.
Why does only one visitor get the forbidden message for this specific page?
Forbidden: You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
EDIT:
The visitor mentioned viewing the page from Safari on iOS (14.7.1), also found access logs that contain some 404's of missing files. Although this obviously should be fixed, does this cause a forbidden error at all?
