'Old Opera: Dragonfly will not load

I know that Dragonfly is quite old and hasn't been seen since Opera version 14, but I am trying to target a specific version of Opera (9.50).

Every time I open developer tools, (in this case it is called Dragonfly) it shows a certificate error and doesn't load.

It's very critical that I support this old version of Opera, as I am creating a website targeted for the Nintendo DSi and 3DS to push the limits of what an old browser can do. I am very well aware of the questions about Dragonfly, which stopped being asked somewhere around 2016.

I am not aware of any Dragonfly alternatives or extensions. If there is any that I could still download, please let me know. I was thinking more of like a proxy that redirects the web requests of Dragonfly to a different server that has all the stuff needed for Dragonfly to actually load.

The first thing that pops up when I try to open Dragonfly is a certificate error as follows:

A certificate error from Opera 9.50 telling me that the page is not secure

Does anyone have any solution to get this old development tool working again?
