'Odd issue with Google Cloud / Billing Account. Am I alone?
So I have a project that's been humming along fine for months that includes a GCE Instance and a MySQL instance and Cloud DNS. Sometime last night, our site went down (GCE/MySQL AND DNS are all down). When I go to console/Billing everything looks normal... shows link to billing account, current estimated usage, no warnings. But when I try to access my GCE or MySQL, or Cloud DNS it says "Enabling Billing on Google Cloud Platform", then "No active Billing Accounts". I only have basic support and have sent off an email, but wondering if anyone else is having issues and/or has additional details.
