'Notification webflux @Tailiable or Streaming

I need to implement a notification system using WEBFLUX & MongoDB I have read 2 ways to do it, but it is not quite clear to me how to implement this. One of them is @Tailiable and Streaming if anyone knows of a blog to follow or something to figure this out I would appreciate it.
