Needing EXcel macro to do this finding of duplicate rows and sum the data

Hi Maybe someone can assist me here, I am a novice with macros so let me explain what i need

I need a macro to find the duplicates rows from the columns attached,and then sum (from the qty column) them once completed. leaving the summed rows only and the duplicates removed. I hope this makes sense Thanx Alan rows
