Most used ReactJS design pattern in the present?

I'm learning react and I've already completed the basics.

I'm confused with the design patterns, I'm a self taught dev so I have no idea which one of these is the industry standard?

Are there design patterns that are more specific to certain types of apps? I plan to work exclusively in designing web 3 apps.

I assume you can write the same app with different design patterns? Is there such a resource one can learn from that presents different design pattern examples for the same app?
