Method not found: 'Void Microsoft.DataTransformationServices.DataFlowUI.DataFlowConnectionPage.set_DataPreviewTimeout(Int32)' - no dll to reinstall

Question

I have the issue detailed here, except I am using Visual Studio 2010 (Yes really). SSIS 2012 Method not found: void

But the answer doesn't work for me. Possibly because I don't have a spare computer for this step: "from a computer where VS2010 was working to my local computer"

I've run the gacutil on all relevant folders and that does nothing. I can only think to re-install Visual Studio 2010 completely? I've already tried the SSDT tools several times from several locations. I believe the SSIS part is installed with SQL Server 2012, and I've tried re-installing the relevant components..

Is there any other ideas to resolve? My installation was working fine previously.
