'Map a network drive to DomainA from a DomainB computer with a smartcard

I have an account on DomainA, and I have an account on DomainB. I can login to a DomainA or a DomainB computer with my smartcard.

My DomainB computer gets to use the DomainA network and authenticates via machine certificate. However there is no domain trust, so I cannot authenticate to a DomainA server with my DomainB\AccountName, which posses an issue because if I map the drive as net use * /smartcard \\ip\server it uses the current user logged into the DomainB computer.

I tried net use * /user:DomainA\AccountName /smartcard \\ip\server but it returns

Reading Smart Cards.......
The following errors occured reading the smart cards on the system:
No certificates valid for this use on reader 1
No smart cards for DomainA\AccountName were found
System error 1223 has occured.

Is there a command I can use that might trigger the smartcard to authenticate to the DomainA account for mapping the network drive?
