'Mac - App minimizebmutton doesn't work if process has root access

When Mac app is running with root access, then clicking on minimise button doesn't work. It shows click effect button app windows is not minimized to Dock. And if I run the same app with normal privileges then all buttons (Close, Minimize, Maximize) are working. It looks like the system behaviour. So I was looking for some Apple's doc discussing this. I use SMJobSubmit for elevating the process.

Trying to understand what happens. If it is system behTaviour. Some Apple's doc would be helpful.
