'm3u8 url not playing any html javascript video player

I have an m3u8 live stream URL, I want to play this URL in HTML player, when I open this link on desktop its download a file, and when I open this in mobile chrome browser then it's playing, and when I want to play this URL with an HTML javascript player then it's not playing my m3u8 URL
