'Loading/accessing Hardhat onto VSCode
When I follow the instructions to download Hardhat and type in 'npx hardhat' into the terminal line, the resulting terminal output does not appear with the option to 'Create an empty hardhat.config.js'.
Also, Hardhat does not appear on my Explorer menu (left side) of VSCode.
How do I get Hardhat to provide that terminal output and appear on the VSCode explorer menu? Thanks.
