Jenkins [URLTrigger] - Trigger build if file changes in http url

Question

Jenkins [URLTrigger] - i have an Use case like 2 jobs Job-A and Job-B

--> Job-A runs based on some pool SCM (For example for every 10 min)

--> Job-B which is running on another server should trigger when ever only the target folder from Job-A is updated

For that i am using the URLTrigger plugin from Build Trigger which is not triggering the Job-B.

For this i used URL, URL Response Check with 15 min Schedule in the Job-B to check the target folder from Job-A

URL:- http://xxxxxxxxx:8080/job/Job-B/ws/target/

URL Response Check:- Check the last modification Date

Schedular:- */15 * * * *

Can any one help me to make this work?
