JavaFX UI Border while Object Focus

Question

I want a border that show allways and it worked out for me with

-fx-border-width: 0px 1px 0px 0px;

Normal how i should be (here i started the programm without click anything): Normal and How it should

But now allways when pressed anything in my right content side and set the (here ScrollPane) in focus, the line disappear. I often run in this problem that i seems like if an Object is Focused it will be grow 1 or 0.5 Pixel.

Here how it showed when i clicked on of the 2 scrollPanes on the right side: The Border from the left Contet disapear

Do u know any way to deactivate this focus ?

i tried it with give my right left scrollpane the same effect on the opposite site to counter it but it wont work as expected
