'Issue with SoundCloud Embed code not showing correct track

I have used the SoundCloud Embed in my website posts.

On the post page itself, the embed is showing correct track.

Same, on the home page, it is showing the correct track.

But, on the archive page, the same embed with the same name is showing incorrect track and playing a different track too altogether. The first post is the issue here.

Any known issue about that?
