Issue in downloading kaggle data set using the command `kaggle competitions download -c ashrae-energy-prediction`

Question

I am getting the error message as "401 - Unauthorized" when I run the command "kaggle competitions download -c ashrae-energy-prediction". I have tried the following after reading the posts I linked:

• https://github.com/Kaggle/kaggle-api/issues/279
• 401-Unauthorized on importing dataset from kaggle

Steps to reproduce:

1. kaggle.json is in /root/.kaggle on AWS EC2 instance i.e. ubuntu one.
2. I have tried have same google account to log in in AWS as well as Kaggle.
3. I have tried expiring the old API tokens and generating new one and starting over again.

I am still running into the same issue. Can anyone be able to help here?
