'Issue in configuring VPLS xconnect

hello all im having issue in configuring VPLS, can you please guide me as i'm having issue configuring xconnect(its saying encapsulation is not supported in this circuit), which ver of cisco router support VPLS??? Please refer to the screenshots below.
